# Project instructions for Claude Code

Follow [`AGENTS.md`](AGENTS.md). Work is tracked in local Beads (`bd`), with no remote currently configured.

Run `bd prime`, `bd status`, and `bd ready --exclude-type epic` before selecting work. Claim a bead before implementation and update its status only after its acceptance criteria and relevant tests are satisfied.
